This is what Kevin Demay had to say about the he Wolpertinger bars:

„The Wolpertinger bar is designed to be the highest-level aluminum bar available.

It incorporates over four different technologies and processes that have never been used before in scootering. It took me 11 years of dedication to finally bring it to life!

Back in the day, I received prototypes, but the process, materials, and quality control weren’t at the level needed to produce a product like this. So, I kept improving it every time—refining every detail until it met all the requirements I had in mind. And now, it’s finally here!

To achieve this, I used 6082-T6 aluminum—the same material as the Pandemonium V2—to ensure extra strength. But as always, most of the optimization comes from the design itself.
This bar features a unique extrusion process, followed by CNC machining and transformation, allowing for a complex shape construction without welding at the gusset connections. Additionally, for the first time on an Ethic aluminum bar, real butted tubing has been incorporated.

The welds are polished in specific areas to prevent cracks over time. Like the Dryade V2, it has a 3° backsweep.

It’s available in two colors: Black and Raw (brushed + gloss). And since this is a high-end bar, I made sure it can handle significantly more stress than the Dryade V2.

Of course, aluminum bars can’t be as strong as steel due to fatigue over time, but this one is built to be as durable as possible while remaining lightweight.

That being said, it’s not designed for every riding style, but it is by far the strongest aluminum bar ever made by Ethic.

I’m beyond happy that, after a decade of development, it’s finally here!“
